BEEF AND GRAVY | |
2 lbs. beef cubes Shortening 4 tbsp. flour Bowl of milk Brown beef cubes in small amount of shortening. Take beef out of skillet. Pour flour and milk in shortening to make thin gravy. Put meat back in gravy. Cover, turn burner on low. Simmer until tender. Serve with hot biscuits. |
