NO CRUST PIZZA 
3 oz. can mushrooms, drained but save juice
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. oregano
Mozzarella cheese
5 1/2 oz. can pizza sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
Dash of oregano

Add water to reserved mushroom juice to make 1/3 cup. Combine liquid, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper and let stand 5 minutes. Add ground chuck, oregano and half of mushrooms; mix lightly.
