INDIVIDUAL CHEESECAKES 
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar

Cream together. Add:

5 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat until well blended.

TOPPING:

16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour filling in paper cups in mini muffin tins. Put 1 tablespoon per liner. Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out and put 1 teaspoon topping on each. Put back in oven for 5 minutes. Freeze.
