PEACH COBBLER 
4-5 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water

Place fruit in ungreased bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Cream sugar and butter. Add milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Stir and pour over fruit. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over batter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
