CHICKEN SOUFFLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
5 slices bread, cubed
3 tbsp. onion
3 eggs, beaten

Cube chicken. Add all ingredients and stir. Place in 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
