BANANA BREAD 
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. mashed, ripe bananas
2 c. mini-chocolate chips

Cream butter, vanilla, sugar and eggs together. Add dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into flour mixture. Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 1 bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes until top springs back when touched lightly.
