TANGY VEGETABLE SAUCE 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt (optional)
Pepper (optional)
Vegetables

Mix tomato sauce, peanut butter and cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Serve over vegetables. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
