WHIPPED CREAM CUCUMBERS

This is my mother's recipe - born in 1909 The best!

1/2 pint whipping cream
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Beat all ingredients till VERY thick (takes about 3 to 5 minutes).

2 or 3 cucumbers
1 small onion

Slice 2 or 3 cucumbers paper thin. Drain off liquid in strainer. 1 small onion, thinly sliced. Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
