TOMATO, BASIL AND FETA SALAD 
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. basil vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
3/4 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 med. tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese

Whisk oil, vinegar, basil, mustard, salt and pepper together. Arrange tomato slices and cheese on serving dish. Pour dressing over. Refrigerate until serving.
