GREEN PEA CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
4 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 sm. can mushrooms (can also use fresh)
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. flour

Cook celery and onion in butter until golden. Slice chestnuts and mushrooms. Reserve liquids and mix with flour. Layer vegetables and pour liquid mixture over them. Top with cracker crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
