CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can Ortega chiles, whole, open and remove seeds
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. grated Jack cheese
8 eggs
1 c. milk

Lightly grease 9x13 inch pan. Place layer of chiles on bottom and a layer of each cheese. Repeat layers. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over chili and cheese layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until egg mixture is set. Let cool and cut into small bite-size pieces.
