NON-FRIED FRENCH FRIES 
1 lg. potato, per person
1 tbsp. oil, per person
Salt or other seasonings, to taste (i.e., paprika, cayenne, garlic or onion powder)

Scrub potatoes and cut into French-fry strips. In bowl pour in oil, adding potato strips. Toss to coat. Spread on cookie sheet, not touching. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes until brown. Turn potatoes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
