ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
10 eggs
8 c. zucchini, finely chopped
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. oil
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Med. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt

Mix eggs and zucchini in blender (or beater); add other ingredients and blend. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serves 12 to 15.
