OATMEAL BUNS 
2 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. sugar

2 pkgs. yeast soaked in 1/2 c. water
2 eggs
5 1/2 - 6 c. flour

Mix well. Let rise until double. Knead down. Let rise and make into buns. Let rise again. Bake 350 degrees. 3 dozen buns.
