OAT BRAN WAFFLES (LOW
CHOLESTEROL)
 
4 egg whites, (or egg substitute equal to 2 eggs)
2 c. non fat milk (evaporated skim milk is very good)
1 c. oat bran cereal
1 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preheat the waffle iron. Mix all ingredients in a containr with a spout and pour onto the waffle iron. Bake 5 minutes or until steam stops. Make 6 large waffles. the first waffle always sticks to the iron, so plan accordingly.
