1 gallon sliced cucumbers, with peeling on
4 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1/2 c. canning salt
1 tbsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Place sliced cucumbers in a gallon glass or plastic jug. Put mustard seed in jar on top. Mix sugar, salt, turmeric and vinegar and dissolve. Pour over cucumbers in jar and cover with lid and refrigerate. They will keep as long as you have them.
