1 lg. can peaches, sliced and drained 1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained (keep 1/4 c. juice) 1 c. fresh raw cranberries 3 tbsp. tapioca 1/2 c. brown sugar Top with butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg Place fruit in casserole dish. Stir tapioca and brown sugar into fruit. Dot with butter. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Crock pot - high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours (a double recipe fills a 4 quart crock pot). |
