3/4 c. soft butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/3 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Combine butter, sugar, eggs, flavor and molasses in large mixing bowl. Beat several minutes.

Stir together baking powder, soda, salt and flour; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Pour 1/3 batter into pan; sprinkle with filling; repeat. Bake 55-60 minutes.

FILLING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
