BUTTER BAKED CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. Fleischmann's butter (1 stick)
Poultry seasoning
Garlic powder

Remove excess fat and rinse off chicken. Place chicken, skin side up, in a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning and garlic powder. Place a pat of butter on each piece. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Baste often with melted butter from the glass dish. It's tasty and tender, like fried chicken without the mess.
