HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
8 oz. cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter

Mix all the above together; put in casserole.

TOPPING:

3 c. corn flakes
1/2 stick butter

Mix and put on top of above. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
