MRS. F.'S COOKIES 
1 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 overflowing tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
18-24 oz. white chocolate
1 c. macadamia nuts (more, if desired)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars, then beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into butter mixture, forming a stiff batter. Add white chocolate and nuts.

Use an ice cream scoop to drop batter on ungreased cookie sheet, averaging 9 cookies per sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-18 minutes, checking periodically to see that they are not overbaked.
