1/2 lb. dates 1 lb. dried figs 2 c. walnuts 1/2 c. seedless raisins 1 lb. dried apricots 1 tsp. grated orange rind Sesame seeds or shredded unsweetened coconut Put first 5 ingredients through food grinder or processor. Add orange rind and process almost to gummy point. Roll into two long rolls and roll in sesame seeds or coconut. Slice to serve. Keeps in refrigerator. |
