IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. coconut

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter, and vanilla in blender. Pour into a greased pie pan and let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the coconut. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.
