1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Combine pudding and biscuit mixes in a bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in egg and milk, blend well. Stir in coconut and orange peel. Form dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 275 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Store in a container with a tight-fitting cover.
