2 c. Gold Medal self-rising flour Add water to form soft ball. Roll on floured wax paper. Cut in strips (1x3 inches). Cut 2 small slits in each flap-jack. Drop in deep fat; fry until brown. Drain on brown paper. Put butter on Flap-Jacks while warm. |
