CLAM COCKTAIL DUNK 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion or 3 drops onion juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 or 4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
7 or 7 1/2 oz. can (about 1 c.) minced clams, chilled and drained
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Stir cream cheese to soften. Add next five ingredients. Beat with electric beater until light and fluffy. stir in clams and parsley. Trim with added parsley. Serve with crackers or chips and crisp relishes. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
