CHOCOLATE LOGS 
1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 block paraffin

Mix first 7 ingredients into 2 logs. Melt the chocolate and paraffin in a double boiler. Dip logs in chocolate and drain on rack. Slice when cool and set. Also, may make individual rolls.
