CHEESEBURGER CHOWDER 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. potatoes, cooked (cubed)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. beef bouillon
2 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded Velveeta or Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, drain grease. Add potatoes, celery, onions, peppers, bouillon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook until tender. Add 1/2 cup milk with the flour; add to saucepan with remaining milk. Cook 5 minutes more.
