BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lg. bunches fresh broccoli
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2/3 c. raisins, plumped
1/2 c. chopped mild onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

Wash broccoli, peel stems and chop into 1/2 inch pieces. Combine raisins, onion, mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli and chill 2 hours. Sprinkle with bacon and sunflower seeds before serving. Serves 8.
