JAPANESE PANCAKE OR PIZZA 
2 c. flour
1 c. water
1 egg
4 oz. ground pork or beef
Green onion to taste
2 leaves, lg. cabbage
Vegetable oil for frying

Mix flour and water until smooth. Remove hard section of cabbage leaves and cut into small squares. Add egg, meat, onion and cabbage to batter and mix lightly. Grease skillet well; pour in batter and flatten with spatula. When bubbles begin to form and edge begins to dry, turn over and cook other side.
