OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES 
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
2 c. oatmeal (not quick oatmeal)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts

Cook raisins in water and let boil until raisins are soft. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat well. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Do not over bake. Use teflon pan or greased regular pan.
