ANY FLAVOR CRUMB CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cube butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can Comstock pie filling, your favorite flavor

Combine DRY cake mix with soft cube of butter. Mix with fork into a crumbly mixture. Reserve 1 cup for crumb mixture.

Grease a 13"x9" baking dish with butter and fill with cake mixture.

Combine egg, milk and sour cream and whip with a wire whip or fork. Pour evenly on top of cake mixture and allow time for milk to be absorbed.

Now spread evenly your favorite fruit pie filling.

Combine reserved cake mix with brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of pie filling make the final crumb topping.

Bake at 350 degrees to a golden brown, approximately 25 to 35 minutes. Allow cake to cool about 1 hour then serve topping with vanilla ice cream.
