ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. nuts

Cream together, butter, oil and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately. Beat well after each addition. Stir in zucchini. Pour batter in greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
