APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 pkg. onion soup
1 jar Saucy Susan or apricot preserves (I use apricot preserves - 12 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) bottle (not creamy rust color) Wishbone Russian dressing

Put all in a pot and warm on stove (melt). Take skin off chicken and dunk in mixture. Put chicken in pan, pour remainder of mixture over it and put in a 350 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally.
