HAMBURGER CURRY 
1 lb. hamburger, browned & drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/3 c. rice, uncooked
2 tsp. curry powder
Salt to taste
6 bouillon cubes in 2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. If rice seems dry, add small amount of very hot water.

MICROWAVE: Combine ingredients as above. Cover loosely. Microwave on High for 5 minutes, then at 50% for 15 minutes. Stir 2 times while cooking. If rice is not quite done, cook slightly longer.

SUGGESTIONS: Serve with sour cream. Good meal with corn chips and green salad.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
