BEEF ON A SKEWER 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin, 1 inch cubes
1/2 lb. mushroom caps
1 lg. green pepper, cut into wedges
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into wedges

SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE:

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt and dry mustard
1/4 tsp. each mace, nutmeg and cloves
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Combine sauce ingredients and marinate meat in sauce at least 2 hours. Alternate meat, vegetables and fruit on skewers. Grill 8 to 10 minutes, 3 to 5 inches from coals or until desired doneness. Baste often with sauce.
