CHICKEN CHILLIES 
2-3 lbs. cooked chicken
1 (8 or 10 oz.) pkg. flour tortillas
1/2 lb. Colby Longhorn cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
Jalapenos to taste

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Tear or cut tortillas into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Jalapenos may be added to mixture or served on the side.
