PORK BAR-B-QUE 
3 lb. pork roast
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. mixed spices, tied in bag
1 (14 oz.) container ketchup
1/2 c. pork stock

Cook pork and onion together until well done. Cool pork. Slice about 1 inch thick. Return to pan and add remaining ingredients. Cook altogether until thickened. Serve on hamburger buns.
