MOLLY'S OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2 c. seasoned dressing (stuffing) mix
1 cleaned broiler-fryer chicken (3 lbs.), disjointed
1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Reduce dressing to fine crumbs either in blender at low speed or by crushing in bag with rolling pin. Dip chicken in milk. Shake 3 or 4 pieces of chicken at a time in bag of crumbs to coat thoroughly. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven (350 degrees) in baking pan or on cookie sheet for about 1 hour.
