JUNGLE NUT WREATH 
1/4 c. well drained sliced maraschino cherries
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) cherry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple
2/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 apple, diced
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup, add to gelatin. (Now have a total of 3 cups liquid.) Measure 1 1/2 cups gelatin, pour into mold. Chill until firmly set. Chill the rest of the gelatin until thickened. Combine sour cream and other ingredients, spoon into firmly set gelatin. Add thickened Jello on top.
