ARTICHOKE SOUP 
1 can artichoke hearts (in water)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 onion - 1 c. water
1/2 stick butter
2 c. low fat milk

Saute onion in butter, add mushrooms. Saute about 1 minute more. Add artichoke hearts and soup and all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook about 20-30 minutes.
