SAUSAGE STRATA 
6 slices white bread
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 tsp. mustard
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
3 slightly beaten eggs
1-1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Rip bread into 1 to 2 inch pieces and fit into bottom of a greased 12x7x2 inch pan. Brown sausage and drain off all fat. Stir mustard into sausage and then spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine eggs, milk, cream, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash pepper, and ground nutmeg.

Pour over cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until set.

Serves 8 to 12.
