CHEESE PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 can pineapple chunks, drained (retain juice)
1 c. sm. marshmallows
Velveeta cheese, amount of your choice, cut in sm. chunks

SAUCE:

1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Pineapple juice from can

Beat together the egg, sugar and flour. Add pineapple juice and cook over low heat bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool. When sauce mixture has cooled, pour over pineapple chunks, marshmallows and cheese; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
