BAKED HAMBURG CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
2 or 3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Grease a 2 quart baking dish. Spread layer of rice in bottom. Mix flour, chili powder, salt and pepper and sprinkle 1/3 of this over rice. Dot with 1/2 tablespoon butter. Mix hamburg and onion together, shape into 4 patties. Place these on top of rice. Add 1/3 more flour mixture and more butter. Add tomatoes and remaining flour mixture. Spread corn on top and dot with butter. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
