1 c. raisins
1 c. prunes
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook raisins and prunes separately, drain; add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil, mix well. Blend in soda and add flour and remaining ingredients, mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes in sheet or tube pan.
