EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
3 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk

Peel and slice potatoes. Layer half the potatoes and onion in 2 quart baking dish. Dot with half the butter; sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Layer remaining potatoes in baking dish. Pour milk over layers; dot with remaining butter. Bake, covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Bake, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are golden brown.

Add kielbasa, knockwurst or chopped ham for an easy main dish.
