EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Dash salt, pepper, paprika
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk

Lightly oil 1-quart casserole dish. Blend soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions and sauce in casserole dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika and cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
