TACO STEW 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can whole corn (undrained)
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
1 can pinto beans (undrained)
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
1 c. water
baked tortilla chips
Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Brown beef. Drain and rinse. Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese. Simmer on low until all is warmed. Crumble chips and place in bottom of each bowl. Cover chips with "stew", then sprinkle with cheese.
