CROWN JEWEL DESSERT | |
1 pkg. each lime, orange & cherry Jello 3 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. cold water 1 pkg. lemon Jello 2 env. Dream Whip 1 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. cold water 1 c. cold milk 1 tsp. vanilla Prepare lime, orange and cherry Jello separately, using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Pour into separate 8" x 8" pans or ice cube trays and chill until firm. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Heat the pineapple juice to boiling point and remove from heat, add sugar and lemon Jello, stir until dissolved. Add remaining 1/2 cup cold water and chill until syrupy. Prepare Dream Whip with milk and vanilla. Fold into the syrupy lemon Jello mixture. Fold in the Jello cubes and chill 5-8 hours or overnight before serving. Makes about 16 servings. |
