GRANDMA SAVAGE'S POTATO SOUP | |
3 to 4 lg. potatoes, diced Cover with water and cook until tender. Salt to taste. Mix 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 eggs until mixture resembles moist dough. Drop by small bits into boiling potatoes. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until dumplings are well done. |
